"Thank you for speaking with me about possibly cleaning your windows. I have not heard back from you about this job, so I am not sure what I could have done wrong. Please give me a call to let me know what I could have done better. I strive to provide A+ service from our first communication to the very end of each project. Thank you, Bill Bradley, Owner Prestigious Painting & Decorating (267) 252-2000"
"I appreciate all honest feedback and work very hard to deliver 100% quality work, as you can see in my many A rated reviews. "Dear member, I do apologize again that we were not able to service you due to your distance from where we do most of our work. I would like to make sure that it is clear that the reason we were not able to come out and provide you with an estimate had nothing to do with what actual area you live in, it was purely an issue of proximity. We do specialize in historical properties and make it a point never to overextend our ourselves so that we can ensure that each of our customers receives the highest level of quality possible. Being that the majority of our work is in Center City, we have more flexibility during our busy times to take on additional jobs in that area as our crew is already there. It is for this reason alone that we were limiting our geographical range when you called us. I hope you have been successful in finding a good contractor to assist with your project!"
"Dear member, we would like to sincerely apologize for the mix-up on this. We actually did email out the estimate within 2 days of doing the walk through with you. Over the next 2 weeks we followed up twice, once via email and once with a voicemail and never heard back from you. I have just investigated and found that the email address on file was off by a single letter and you never received any of our emails. Unfortunately, we also never had anything bounce back, so had no knowledge of the misdirected communications. We are more than happy to move forward if you are still interested in working with us and apologize once again for the crossed wires."
Bill did a great job on our house! He helped us pick out a great color for the kitchen and gave us tips on how to clean or touch up any scratches we might make while moving furniture around. At first, we just hired him to paint the ceilings, but after we saw what a great job he did (and how quick it was), we decided to forget the idea of painting on our own. We hired him to paint the whole downstairs and he did a great job! I really appreciated that he took the time to sand the walls and cover everything to make sure no paint got on our new cabinets or hardwood floors. We asked him about yellow spots on our window sills and he offered to smooth them out and touch them up with some kind of spray. He did all the window sills around the house - not just the rooms we hired him to paint. He went back and touched up the trim and doors too. Whole job took about a week I think. And it probably would have been quicker, but he was actually just fitting us in between 2 other jobs he was doing.
Bill contacted us at least once every day to let us know his progress and it was easy to get in touch with either him or Anna when we had questions. We had no problems trusting him in the house while we were gone either.
