Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive."

They even put the stuff back, not where it was but I don't think I could have either, too much junk. I was just glad they were considerate and didn't leave me with chaos. Decluttering is my problem not theirs. My floors look the best they have in over 20 years. My house is over 125 years old and I the downstairs floor had been ruined by previous owners, upstairs is beautiful hardwood. Although it's not hardwood the new farmhouse laminate is beautiful and easy to create for and I love it."
