We are a family owned and operated sewer and drain cleaning business. We also do minor plumbing repairs and sewer line excavation.

"We had a clogged sewer line. I regret calling this company -- my worst experience with a repair service. The first plumber couldn't find the house trap to clear the sewer line. A second plumber came hours later and couldn't find it, either. This guy was rude. He suggested calling a third person with a camera for an extra $350 and about $750 of total charges. I declined and just offered to pay what we owed for their time, which at that point he said was $250. Instead, he said he'd keep looking for the line, without telling me that he would charge hundreds of dollars per hour to wander around the yard. They eventually found it and cleared the line. In the process, though, they took off two boards from our back steps. They pried off one board and broke the screws, leaving it unsecured. They didn't properly screw down the second board when they were done, either, so now the steps are uneven. In the end, he charged me $710, anyway, despite not bringing the camera, which was supposed to be the most expensive step. All around unsatisfactory."

Don’t hire these people whatever you do, worst mistake ever! Also, the owner who was a fairly miserable gentleman kept hitting on my wife and touching her shoulder. It made her very uncomfortable! Beware, hide your valuables, make sure your children are safe, then go ahead and hire them."

Causes range from hair, grease, roots, or toilet paper clogging the drainpipes to flooding outside the home, which prevents sewer lines from draining properly.

Your sewer pro will take about an hour to complete your sewer line camera inspection. However, if your home does not have cleanout access and the pro needs to remove the toilet to access the sewer line, the time to completion will take longer. Note that this estimated time does not include the time for repair, drain cleaning, or any other services you may need. 

If you don’t have a sewer cleanout, clearing out clogs can be extremely difficult. You would need to try to clear the clog from sink drains, but it can be harder to reach the clog all the way in the drain line. A sewer cleanout makes it much faster and easier for pros to clear clogs from your main sewer line.
