It went well. It was done thoroughly quickly and the technician informed us of existing matters and ways to help address and prevent future issues.

The inspection itself went OK, but the quote wasn't delivered in a timely manner. We wound up going with another company.

While the operator got right to work, he was not to communicative. Previous services seemed to be more thorough in their inspection.

Technician Scott was prompt, professional, and courteous. He provided a detailed written observation and we later received a printed invoice in the mail. I also downloaded an instant $20 coupon from their website which he was happy to honor. I dug the hole myself  so my bill was only $189 for the pumping which I felt was a good value. The only slight downside I would mention is that as a new customer my appointment lead time was 6 weeks. Not a big deal just something to keep in mind when scheduling.

The service was excellent.  They arrived on time,  when the technician saw that the tank had a high water level and needed to be pumped,  he was able to arrange for the pump truck to arrive right away..  
the repair price was reasonable and we are very happy with the service.  Where other contractors said i needed a new pump altogether,  Walters was able to repair my existing pumps electrical connections at a significantly lower price than a full pump replacement.

I needed my tank pumped out on a rather short notice, but didn't want to pay a big emergency fee. they were able to come out later that same day and pumped it without any extra charges. I was going to get them out for further service, but didn't need them after all. I will definitely consider using them again. They have a nice range of services available, including jetting and drainfield probing.

They did a fine job. They showed up on time, pumped it out and left. They did all the paper work which was nice because the township wanted all the paper to be sent to them.

We had a clogged septic line on a weekend day.  It took approximately 1/2 hour to unclog the line.  We expected to be charged extra because the service was provided on the weekend, but felt $445.00 was exceedingly high.  Plus, my husband had to help the repair person load a piece of heavy equipment back onto the truck.

The worker arrived promptly as scheduled. He discussed what needed to be done and actually told us that we needed to do less than we had anticipated. He was very efficient and was done within an hour or so.

They came out the second time because we had so much rain that the ground was saturated and was running into the septic tank. They seemed very knowledgeable and they were very prompt. They seemed very professional and they didn't push me to do something that I didn't need to do at that time. I had asked them about my drain and possibly doing something with that. They didn't pressure me into doing anything. They'll probably come back at a later time to look at it.

The work was done in a professional manner and the property was sold.

veI called Thursday and they said they would have someone out the next day between 12 and 4. The service man (Scott) called about 30 minutes before he arrived and arrived on time. He listened patiently while I explained the problem (downstairs toilet back up) then dug up the tank. He spent about 15 minutes just checking it out to determine the problem. He then said that some systems had an access pipe that would make removing the clog much easier and $200 cheaper. He proceeded, in the pouring cold rain, to dig around the septic tank through near solid rock to try and find the pipe. He probably worked at it for 20 minutes! Our system is very old and didn't have the access pipe but he actually told me how to install it so that I wouldn't have to pay for future clog issues! I asked him if his company told him to try and save customers money and he said and quot;My company wants me to treat our customers right.and quot; Wow. Scott then came into the house and promptly unclogged the septic pipe. I don't have a price comparison because i haven't had this issue before, so I gave it a B because it was expensive though as I said I had no comparison so not really fair on my part :). Anyway, I hope I never need them other than for clean outs but he was wonderful and had such wonderful things to say about his company and his boss!

The provider was sensitive and conscientious about driving on the lawn, he didn't do any damage. They answered questions and were very professional on the phone and in person. They did a good job.

Excellent, stayed till job was complete. Worked through any problems.

It went very well. They notified us that our tank was starting to slope and the probable cause was a nearby tree that we will need to remove soon.

They were fast, courteous, professional and fair in price.
