We had keys made for our old 2009 Ford Focus. Jeff came earlier than our appointed time to try to beat the bad weather coming later in the week. Professional, on time, and quick service. Would use again and recomend their services to anyone in the area.

Perfect. Locksmith was very knowledgeable with my auto’s security system. Was able to bypass quickly.

Based on good reviews and ratings, I called Summit to see if they could help with our lock problems. Jeff was over in 30 minutes and took the time to diagnose the issues with the multi-point lock on our front door. It turns out it couldn't be repaired because the inner mechanism can't be accessed and the system is no longer manufactured (so it'll be difficult to replace or get parts). However, Jeff figured out that by disabling the malfunctioning lock, we can now lock the door using the remaining three locks and the door is functioning again! We are very pleased with this solution. Jeff also removed a key that was stuck in another door and replaced the faulty lock mechanism. Jeff was very professional and also very personable. He takes the time to figure things out and explain them to you and strives to do an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him should we ever need a locksmith again.

Our Store Manager called Summit Locksmith to get new keys made for our delivery truck after we lost our only key, and Jeff Pelletier responded in less than an our to help us out. He was curtious, prompt, and made us not 1, but 3 spare keys within a matter of 20 minutes. I stupidly managed to lock myself out of my house (and car) early on a Saturday morning on my way to the grocery store. Everyone I called told me it would be 5, 6, 7 hours before they could come, until thankfully I called Jeff! He was here within about an hour, professional, friendly, and VERY reasonable on price for and emergency weekend service. Thank you so much!

Very happy with the service. Needed a broken lock fixed on a patio door (the whole handle set had to be replaced) and he was also able to replace another lock even though I didn’t ask about it until he was here. Very nice and professional.

Great job! The owner replaced our dead bolts and locks so that now we only need one key. Obviously knew what he was doing, was friendly, and thourough.

Jeff, Understood that I needed his service ASAP. He provided the services within hours. He arrived on time and was very professional, congenial, and above all service oriented. We discussed the price on the phone, but found out I had miscalculated the quantity of work required, but we it worked out to our benefit. In the end the work was completed in a timely manner.

Jeff answered the phone immediately, was completely honest about what he could do and when, stuck to the schedule he estimated, and then delivered great service. Highly recommended!

We moved into a new house and needed to have the locks re-keyed. Jeff was available to do the work the day after I called. I had bought the "4 locks re-keyed for $135" coupon and then paid a little more on top of that for the additional locks and the parts that were needed to complete the whole job. Jeff was very courteous and did the work in about an hour.

Excellent job! Owner of business arrived at my house promptly at 9 a.m. The entire job took a little more than 2 hours. Owner/installer was professional and friendly. He definitely knows what he's doing. He asked the right questions and was able to think on his feet and reuse one of the exit door locks on another door where the lock had tarnished. I will definitely use Summit Locksmith again and will refer them to my friends. Note: I purchased the locks at Home Depot and Summit Locksmith did the installation. Other locksmith companies I called, won't install locks that you purchase. These companies will only install locks that they provide.

Jeff showed up a little late due to someone needing help with a vehicle lockout. He called me and asked if that was ok. Which of course it was. He showed up with an apprentice and they quickly and neatly performed the work. They cleaned up any mess and were great to deal with.

It went well, he showed up on time, was courteous, upfront on the pricing and hat had to be done. Made suggestions, very nice person. Will do business with them again in the future.

He came for the first visit within a day of my call, at the time he said he would come. I thought my garage door opener was broken, but he quickly found it just needed a new battery, a duh moment for me. He said he doesn't usually work on sliding glass doors because there is no standard lock size and it is difficult to find replacement locks for them. After fixing the lock that you step on so the door will not open, he took the lock to try to find one that matched. He called me several times to let me know he had ordered one and had not forgotten me. It took several weeks for the lock to come in. He came over, after calling and confirming I would be home, with the new lock. It was just a tiny bit bigger than the original and did not come with a strike plate, and my strike plate did not match the new lock. He worked with his dremel to remove a little bit of extra plastic from the door and fit the lock in and then cut my strike plate in half and placed each piece so that it matches the lock perfectly. There are 2 latches on the lock, so he had to cut the strike plate in half and re-position each piece separately. It is a nice, tight, secure fit. He was very friendly and polite. He kept apologizing because this was such a frustrating job, though I thought he felt most of the frustration. He said he usually will not take sliding glass door jobs because this is what happens. I am thankful he fixed mine!

Called around 8:30 a.m. and by 10:00 a.m. Summit was at the house replacing two lock sets and installing one new lock. All locks keyed together so no need for three sets of keys anymore! I had tried to replace one of the door locks prior to this on an older main entry door so that one caused some problems but they were dealt with in no time. Fast, reasonable and professional work. Very polite and personable. Would definitely hire again.
