The Work Order reflects anew tank kit, a new flipper, and a new supply line, none of which were replaced. He charged me $400 for replacing the two bolts and then pressured me to pay cash (I did not). He also told me that he provided no guarantee for his repairwork."

I do a good job at a fair price, am qualified for both Peoples Gas and Columbia Gas and fully insured. As a small owner operator business I can be flexible on scheduling as these types of problems tend to be emergencies. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."
