"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

He offered up helpful suggestions and worked with us on a proposal that fit our needs. He is very professional and obviously is an expert, building for about 30 years. Brad and his crew began work in early January and worked tirelessly for about 2 months. Many neighbors asked me for his number and details and they saw the construction progress, even amid temperatures that were often below freezing dipping down to the teens even. Good craftsmanship takes time, so this is not a rush job. Brad and his crew kept me in the know with texts and calls so I knew the timing for everything and what to expect and when to expect it. Brad is a kind and jovial man who takes his work very seriously. Every job encounters a hiccup or two along the way but Brad worked with us to get everything in a good place and went above in beyond in many cases. Our deck is a beauty, complete with a roof and electric throughout.
