"My job kept getting pushed back. Was hard to get a scheduled installation date. The job has not been completed yet (3 days). A problem arose when the workman mistakenly removed soffit, now I'm paying for the new soffit (material cost only). We have had a snow storm and I'm not sure when to expect them back."

"I hired Superior to replace out existing shingled roof, from the very first call into the company to the completion of the job was nothing short of fantastic. The first initial consult with Justin was great, he handled our project with such great communication and keeping us informed and updated on the schedule. He came out the day before the install when the materials were delivered to make sure it was all onsite and ready for the guys the next day, he then came back the next morning to get the guys all set up and going on the project and also touch base with my wife and I. He also then came back at the end of the day to make sure everything had been completed and cleaned up. The cleanliness of the workers and their preparation of the site is unmatched, they tarped every area outside to minimize debris and went around and the end of the day and picked up any and all loose nails and debris that might not of made it into the dumpster. They also took the time to blow off all the surfaces when they were complete. They really value your home as if it was their own and that really shows in their work and project management. The new roof looks amazing and we are super happy with the whole process and their team. Highly recommend them for any project you are looking to have completed at your home."

This February, however, there were several storms that brought with them high winds and heavy rain. My porch?s small leaks became greater in number and magnitude. Jim, from W.J.C. Construction Services, came over that same day and assessed the damage to the porch roof. He gave me quotes to either 1. just repair and replace the leaking shingles, or 2. replace the entire porch roof. He explained the first choice would stop the leaks where they were visible, but that it might not correct the cause of the leaking. Choice #2 was to replace the entire roof. I considered both options and chose to have him replace the entire roof. I am very glad I did. As he worked taking the old shingles off, he saw that the original roofing on the porch was not up to code. Had I chosen to have him just reshingle the original leaking ares, I would still be left with a roof that would leak again. "

This is breach of contract they also did a roof for a friend of mine and subcontracted it out and did not mention it in contract. Another breach of contract This roof also has several issues that need to be addressed from poor workmanship. It is a shame it has come to this but I have given you chance after chance to make things right. I have documentation for everything to prove their poor work as well as breach of contract. This should have been claimed in your insurance policy for repairs. Make On Call your last call is what their slogan should be. Spend your money with someone that stands behind their work. Not these guys; sorry John, you had your chance. This is not the end. This is the beginning."
