"I had the attic of a rental property converted into two bedrooms which needed framing, hanging sheet rock, base board molding installed and handing doors. Tom was able to fit me into his schedule and complete the work with-in 2 weeks. He came back quickly fixed a few misunderstandings as to what my expectations were and it looks great. I am excited about the finished project. I would contract out with him again."

"Terrence and his staff are very personable and professional. I had a great experience with them. Things started off a bit shaky, but Terrence is a man of integrity and resolved our issue to my satisfaction immediately. His goal is to please his customers and that speaks volumes when dealing with a business owner. I hired him to install security cameras and hang blinds in my bedroom, they did a great job and were very efficient, my husband thought they were a bit pricey but in the end even he was satisfied with the way Terrence handled things and didn't mind the price because of the above and beyond customer service."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

A black tarp will indeed heat your pool. Black absorbs more heat than other colors. This heat will transfer down to the water in your pool and help increase the temperature. It will not be extremely effective at raising the overall temperature, but it can help maintain the current temperature.

Don’t worry if your pool is still cloudy right after shocking it. Some shocking products will leave your pool cloudy for a day or so after using them. However, if your pool is still cloudy several days after shocking it, it could be due to poor filtration, low chlorine, or one of the other problems outlined above. If you’ve tried our fixes but still can’t clear the cloudiness, call a pool repair professional.

An in-ground swimming pool enhances property value by adding a luxurious aesthetic and functional feature. It appeals to potential homebuyers who value outdoor entertainment and relaxation spaces, thus raising market desirability.

Calcium lumps in a pool are calcium deposits that form when a pool's water parameters are not in the normal range. They can float around on the surface of the pool water, making it look and feel dirty. The most common causes of calcium lumps in pools are calcium hardness above 1,000 ppm, alkalinity over 120, and a pH over 7.8. Keeping your pool’s calcium levels, alkalinity, and pH levels within the normal, safe ranges is the best way to prevent calcium lumps and other problems, including damage to the pool surface.

You should always run your pool pump in freezing weather to keep the water moving. Doing so prevents the pool water from freezing and protects your pool from the damage that often comes along with frozen water. You should also run your pool pump when temperatures are approaching freezing, as a precaution. There’s no need to run a pool heater during the winter, as keeping water moving is generally enough to keep it from freezing.
