"I had the attic of a rental property converted into two bedrooms which needed framing, hanging sheet rock, base board molding installed and handing doors. Tom was able to fit me into his schedule and complete the work with-in 2 weeks. He came back quickly fixed a few misunderstandings as to what my expectations were and it looks great. "It is perfect to walk on the concrete steps above the stone wall and lovely to look at. I told him he should put a sign there to let people know who did the work. It is so easy to walk down to that stone wall to leave the trash bag or recycling can. No hill whatsoever to fall on."
