Charged $565 to open the pool (which does not include uncovering it). They showed up dumped some chemicals in before checking the hardware and left in 15 minutes telling us the pump was bad. I called them to see if I could get any money back since they didn't actually do anything and they offered me $72 of store credit. Very overpriced compared to other services and didn't actually do the job.

Good knowledgable staff that reliably maintained our pool all summer. The opening and closing were done very well. This company was very help and all of the staff were friendly and reliable. We will be using the company for all our pool needs next year as well.

I was amazed how quickly Jim (the owner) responded to my call (within hours). I had a very green pool which, when adhering to the advice from other local pool companies, was not getting any better. Jim and his crew came in and immediately knew how to address the problem. The algae was gone in a couple of days. I had intended to change the filtration system to DE and convert to saltwater so I discussed my options. Jim did not try to oversell anything to me. He talked through the options and then gave me a quote for DE/saltwater which was very reasonable based on my previous research. He installed the system a few days later and followed up to ensure everything was working properly. I now have the clearest and most sparkling pool. It has not looked this good since when it was first installed 10+ years ago.

Jim appeared more knowledgeable than the staff at the local pool operating companies. I will now use Lilly for all my future pool service needs.

These are our regular pool service providers. After two previous services disappointed us, we were so lucky to come upon Lilly. They provided bi-weekly service during summer and recently closed our pool for the season.

Since scheduling did not allow me being home the pool was closed in the evening. So far the results look good.

Very responsive.  We had recently purchased the house with the pool.  The previous owners had used Lilly and recommended them.   The owner, Jim,  is very responsive - we had a problem with the system on the weekend and he stopped over on a Saturday afternoon to check it out.  He created a temporary fix so we could use the pool and ordered a part that they installed the next week.   Several times we had to reach out to him and he always responded quickly.
He was very nice and respectful  - we had no idea what we were doing with the pool and he took the time to educate us through the summer. 
I did not shop to compare his prices however the previous owner of the house said that he had used several companies and the Lilly was reasonable.  

This is a 1st class family-owned business. We found Lilly Pool Service by searching online, having had a far less than satisfactory experience with our last pool service. There are a number of pool services that serve the Chester County, PA area. Not many are as consistently well reviewed as Lilly Pool Service.  The Lily Pool Service team is headed up by Jim Cannavo, the father of two of his most capable service providers. Each and every member of Lilly's team is polite, professional, caring and attentive. If there is a problem, they make sure to follow up quickly.  Our Lilly Pool maintenance team spotted the leak in our pool and sent us to the company that specializes in searching for the exact location of the leak. Once the leak was located, Lilly Pool Service came back to dig down to the leaking pipe to make the repairs. Jim Cannavo and his sons work hard to provide way better than average service. They kept our pool in perfect running order all summer. Just today, Oct. 23, they closed our pool for the winter. As always, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was tied down and in good shape for the winter. It is rare to find such a great team of people, all with one goal: to provide great service. Jim has mentored his sons well. Nothing is too much trouble for this team. We feel blessed to be able to count on them for high quality, dependable service.

I am so happy I discovered Lilly Pool & Spa through Angie's List.  They have made my life so much simpler. My previous service did the bare minimum.  These guys do as much as you would like them to.  They also diagnosed and repaired a filter issue that my other service never mentioned.  They also have an easy online request system for opening and closing and are good with email, mail and phone reminders.  I am very happy with their service. 

Going well. There is a concern in an area of the pool. Jim is diligently working on the problem. Professional, punctual, responsive.

Well, no issues, and the provider was extremely punctual.

 I called this morning at 9.A.M. and spoke to someone on the phone and she said that I will get a call back soon. I got a call back within 30 min. and Jim was at my house within an hour. He fixed my filter in less than 30 min. He knew exactly what was wrong with it. I think I finally found someone who will be opening and closing my pool from now on!!!!

Years ago, had multiple pool issues especially low pump pressure. Jim took the whole thing apart and showed me how the company I had BEEN using had never really thoroughly cleaned the filters during the routine yearly service. DE was caked on inside the filter tank. A good thorough cleaning solved my problems. Did not have to replace any parts. Have been using Lilly ever since. And there have been many other things over the last few years. Too much to go into here but suffice to say Lilly is the best! Prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and a depth of knowledge and advice that has saved me a fortune.

They did a great job. We turned it on and found there was a leak; the tech. came out the next day and tightened it and it's fine. They let us know they do all the other services for pools so we can continue using them.
