"Jason came out to my house and gave me a quote on the spot and we booked the date. I did everything I had to to prepare and get ready for the work then the day of the job he told me another job was booked ahead of mine- I booked this 6 weeks in advance?and the crew would be here at noon. He came over at 1:45 to see how things were going, there was no one here. He kept acting like he was calling people but they were in a dead zone with no service- long story short- nothing happened, glad I never gave him any money. But a colossal waste of my time and the job I wanted still isn?t done."

"We had a lot of work completed on our home (read: an expensive job). We had a paver walkway installed. We had some irrigation work (ran downspouts underground to run off points) completed. We expanded gardens that didn't previously have any foundation plantings by adding trees and shrubs, and changed the outdoor lighting. The team was quick to secure and complete the work, but the problem has been the follow up / remediation. The crew chief came out afterwards and noted soil settling where the irrigation work was completed, and that a tree and some shrubs were dying back. He talked about adding soil / seed because the settling was significant (obvious), and replacing plantings (trees / shrubs) that didn't fare well (tree trunk snapped by crew member and has been dying back since). I've contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made."

"I had 4 trees removed by Shades Of Green. The crew showed up before 7AM and starts planning their approach. Once plan had been laid out, the execution was so calculated and with accuracy. They maneuvered their crane right next to my garage as a staging place. Trimmed the 3 big trees right next to my garage with accuracy making sure that the hanging removed tree was safely transported above my garage and house safely to the ground. Protected my lawn and driveway with mats. The whole process was so neat and not to mention you got the front row seat of a spectacular event with big cranes, Bucket trucks and other machinery on the ground. The crew was so precise and shows expertise with their approach. From the ground crew, tree climber, crane operator, the Crew Chief, Julio and Tom the Arborist they showed professionalism and are respectful of the owner’s requests. Everyone in my neighborhood is congratulating me for the outcome, credits are due for Shades Of Green crew! "Brian did an awesome job. I inquired Monday afternoon, I received a voicemail from the company Monday night. I responded early Tuesday morning with my address. About 10:30 am Brian called and said he was at my house and gave me the cost. I was not at home at the time. He told me he could do the work immediately and I could send him the payment.
