"The bed was disassembled quickly but the metal left at the curb and not hauled. I had to have metal hauled myself due to street work being done but he was professional and issued a refund for that part. I never did receive an answer on the desk assembly and so I asked while they were there and they accommodated which was good and appreciated. It took over 2 hours for the desk to be assembled which I thought odd..it was missing a few screws but just for a desk drawer. The gentlemen assembling were professional and very nice. I had to pay a lot of money for this service which I thought would cost a lot less overall. I don't often hire handymen so perhaps I wasn't sure what to expect. I can say Bryan was professional, answered quickly via text, and did issue a refund quickly when he wasn't able to haul the metal."

"They installed the pool the pool was .not level and bottom the frame was bent liner was pinched I called the company they re sent the same guys Out to fix problem the pool was still not done correctly I have now called a pool company to come out to correct the problems they told me that the liner was dunked from what nail it.
