"Havertown carpet did a beautiful job installing carpet down the basement. We were originally very happy with the customer service and overall install. However, the internet cable was stapled during the install so we were without cable for more than a day. When I reached out to share our experience with Beckie, I never heard back from her. Further, there were staples on the stairs that were not completely punched in and my 17 month old wound up getting his leg caught on one of them. He has a large, deep gash on his leg that will most definitely leave a scar. Like I said, happy with how it looks but the customer service and overall install could use some work."
