"His company was the only one of three to return our request for a quote. Kenny showed up on the day as promised despite the snow storm. He not only did the work but explained the difference of my wool carpets construction compared to high end oriental rugs. The work went smoothly and he Scotch guarded the carpet as well. "The dry cleaning method of cleaning carpets is definitely the way to go!! My carpets came out beautifully and were not even wet. I loved the fact that you could walk on them almost instantly and didn't have to wait 12 to 24 hours for them to dry. Jamar was the technician and took the time to explain the entire procedure to me. Add to the fact, that the cleaning product itself was biogradable and 100% organic. I highly recommend this form of carpet cleaning and would use it again. Even my husband was pleased!"
