"We contracted Dan Hanson of Valor Home Innovations (recently renamed 4/2024 to All Valley Construction) to build a two-story deck with roof and paid 40% up front to start. We were very patient with all the gaps in his work, just as long as he would show up. A few days in, Dan requested an additional 30% deposit which we paid as the expectations were for him to return to work and fix the issues with framing. The work was visibly defective; construction was negligently performed, incomplete, and below industry standards. We paid him a third time, but he never came back. We discovered through the township inspection that his work needed to be re-done: deck wasnà ¢à  à  t weight bearing, joists were cut short and not attached to the beam, and ledger board not connected. He wanted additional money but the pictures show how bad things were going and nothing was complete so we really did not know what to do. This is an honest review intended to save someone from the same misfortune."
