First, Wallett's did not ignore us like other flooring stores (our project was admittedly small). Wallett's took us seriously and did a perfect job with top notch fit and finish. We will use Wallett's again.

Wallett's Flooring previously installed all of the hardwood in the main levels of the house. I was so pleased with their work that I contacted them when I needed to have flooring installed in a newly renovated basement space.

Hardwood was installed in the living room and dining area.  Vinyl was installed in the kitchen and laundry room.  Ceramic tile was installed in a bathroom.  Carpet was installed in two bedrooms and laminate was installed in the office.  Dave and Pat Wallett are the best to work with.  Pat is very helpful in guiding you through all the choices available and explaining pros and cons of various flooring options.  She listens to you and is able to guide you to samples that reflect your tastes.  She helped us choose a hardwood that is perfect with our furniture and all we had to do was mention the type wood furniture we had.  Dave and his install crew are experts...whatever type flooring.  This is the third job they have done for me.  There's just no reason to go any place else.  They are very knowledgeable and do all they can to make sure you are satisfied with the products they sell and the end result in your home.

They were extremely patient and helpful in selecting the materials. Ultimately we used three different types and two different sizes of tiles. It took many trips to the showroom to get samples to bring home to see how they would match. Once the decisions were made, they coordinated their work with the contractor so the entire job flowed seamlessly. Their workers were professional, courteous, and helpful in finding floor problems and correcting them. The quality of the work was excellent. We would definitely recommend them highly.

Our old house is quirky with sloping floors, so we thought we would be limited to sheet vinyl for our kitchen flooring project. When we went to Wallett's, we were very happy with all the choices that David and Pat showed us for our kitchen. They had a good selection of quality sheet vinyl, but we wanted the look and feel of tile. We chose Armstrong's Alterna Luxury Vinyl tile in Provincial Bisque with grout. It is perfect for our home--soft underfoot but durable.
The team arrived promptly on install day and did a great job on replacing the subfloor in preparation for installing the Alterna tile the following day. We were impressed with the attention to detail--not only does the flooring look great, the wood transitions from the tiled kitchen into the adjoining rooms are perfect. The stain matches our original wood floors beautifully. We had ripped out old flooring in the foyer ourselves that left an ugly space between the original floor to the baseboards. The team from Wallett's installed new shoe molding throughout the kitchen and foyer and painted it to match the existing molding. No detail was overlooked! 
We are very happy with our entire experience with Wallett's. 

Lauren is a crucial member of the team.  You must have her come out and take a look at your house and she will give you options that you would not have thought of yourself.  The guys were prompt and courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day. There were a few places that we did not like the way the boards looked and the guys redid the areas without complaints. The job took all week but it was worth it!

Wallet's Flooring was wonderful!  They were done earlier than expected.  The flooring is beautiful.  The owners are interested in your happiness, and very helpful.  The workers were professional and cleaned up every night.  They moved the toilets, stove, and fridge, and had a plumber fix a problem that was found during the process.  Loved this company!

Installation went very well and on schedule.
Whenever there was a question, it was addressed before proceeding.
Furniture was treated carefully and felt pads were applied to all surfaces that would come in contact with the newly installed hardwood.
All carpeting and other debris was hauled away daily and there was never a dumpster in the driveway!
We are thrilled with the new flooring.
Should we decide to replace tile flooring in remaining rooms, Wallett's is at the top of our list to provide this service.

Their work is outstanding.  The workers are punctual and polite, the service is excellent, they clean up everything, and the installation is beautiful.  They told me their were seams in the carpet, but we can't find them.  These are jobs # 3,4,5 that they have done for us, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.  Just supurb!  

This retailer stocks quality carpeting and installs it with professionals. Everything was done as expected.

We refinished nearly the entire upstairs, carpet and new vinyl in the bathrooms.  The job went quickly and the quality was great.

My experience with WALLETT'S FLOORING went fine, but their prices are high. They did excellent work.

They were great to work with. Had been to several places and was very pleased with Walletts. Would definitely use them again.

They were very excellent with different things and then there were some things that were not disclosed prior to and they still handled and so forth and I did not get an enormous charge. I was able to get some supplies in case I needed to do some future repairs and everything that they charged, I was able to get like some additional floor tiles in case I needed to replace one and the caulking and so forth.

Old flooring was removed and discarded; new flooring installed with painted quarter round installed with vinyl floors. The installers worked diligently and were courteous and efficient. The flooring selections were almost overwhelming, but we did find exactly what we wanted at a competitive price. The deciding factor was that Wallet's painted the trim to match existing trim, whereas other suppliers wanted to deliver the trim and have us paint it. We were in the middle of a move and really did not have the time or desire to do that. The installation is beautiful and I am still looking for the seam in the carpet!

I went to their showroom and met with Pat Wallett, one of the owners. She assisted with picking out carpeting and scheduling installation. The install was done on schedule; the workmen were courteous and did a very good job.

The company was price competitive, matching a lower quote from another store. Their estimate of the time to install the carpet was realistic and work began on the date they estimated. The installation took two days due to the size of the basement. The installers were careful to avoid damage to the walls and furniture and the furniture was placed exactly where it was wanted. The installers and office staff were extremely courteous and responsive. I highly recommed them and would use them again if the need occurs.

Great. Dave and Pat are real people that go out of their way to make the customer satisfied. The installers were good guys that did a great job.
