These guys were awesome! They were courteous, and they turned our not-so-great porch into a great porch! The metal shed roof looks fantastic!

Great company to work with. Excellent communication, kept us informed from the bid process through completion of the multi tiered project. Above average skills, very good attention to details. Have already looked into having them do additional projects for us.

Old patio removed and new one put in, plus lower garage wall repaired from water rot. Review Text: Wall repair was good, but patio was not graded properly so level flat areas near garage wall and door now collect water when it rains and water moves toward the garage and door in those areas. In addition some areas of the patio are badly chipped and pitted from improper smoothing.

I hired GRD to put in two sets of exterior stairs, which required excavation. They were hard-working... showed up early and were there every day until the project was complete. I had a good experience with them and would hire them again.

I could not recommend this company more highly. Jocco, their mason and the father of the two young men who run this company, is truly an olde world artist in masonry. He has expertise that is hard to find in today's construction environment.

Everything went well. Vey prompt built to expectations within approved cost. We added one additional item and the cost was very reasonable. One problem with olymetric sand not holding as expected. GRD corrected item as expected without additional cost.

GRD Pro Contractors is a family owned business consisting of two brothers and their father.      I cannot say enough good about their capabilities and their level of customer service.     I only wish more contractors worked by this method of respectful, professional customer service, quality effort and workmanship, trustworthiness, appropriate business management, esp. contracts, invoicing and payment.     The largest job was the first, and  even though it was a small apartment there was a tremendous amount of work to be done.     I hired them because they could do everything required, even light electric and plumbing, and they gave a competitive bid.    They prepared an excellent contract, told me when they were going to work, brought in a team, worked diligently and effectively, and the finished result was a totally different space it was so excellent.     Mickey allowed me to review photo choices (eg. for flooring and lighting), which I really liked.    He has done that on subsequent jobs.    They also worked with me when I had to return an appliance to a big box store.     They stuck with me until all issues on the checklist were complete.

I know contractors all like the big jobs, but GRD Pro returned two times again willingly on less expansive projects.     That speaks to their character that they are interested in building a business relationship with their client for many return visits.

They were idea for me to work with, as I am not handy, and need someone to get me through the whole project from start to finish without having anxiety about any part of it.      I know they are getting busier and taking on more work, and I hope that I can keep them for other upcoming projects.
 
They would be contractors that I would feel comfortable partnering with in redoing houses or ongoing projects.    That says an awful lot!!

I would surely use them again for any new projects.

I contacted GRD Pro Contractors by recommendation and I was very pleased with their work. I needed new ceramic tiles and drywall hung and finished. They showed up everyday on time, if not a few minutes earlier, and completed the job by the date they had promised me. They were very flexible with my schedule and willing to work extra when needed.
