the quality of the job. He is very knowledgeable and does things the
right way. He is resourceful in addressing problem situations. He
explains what he is doing and why, answers questions, addresses concerns
and will make changes if requested. Kurt is very personable, easy to
talk to and returns phone calls. He is owner/builder, so there may be
times when he needs to do estimates, paperwork, procure supplies, etc.

They came out promptly, and after talking to Nick, I decided to repair my parking area, which was cracked and had standing water issues. It took a bit longer than I expected to get them out to acutally start the project, but when they came I was more than pleased with the service and the knowledge that Nick had. He does not try to upsell you with suggestions; instead, he will educate you with things to look out for and most likely will make an arrangement for repairs and work with you. Again, he is honest with his work. He replace the J-Channel/vinyl for my sliding door and saw so many flaws on what the original builders done. he sealed the corners to prevent water from getting in and was done 100% out of pride of doing his job without charge. he was here for repair and not to seal spots for water entry I paid him with a bit extra because I was happy with his work. Luis is an awesome guy."
