"This company was awesome to work with. All of the guys doing the work were super polite and respectful. All easy going and willing to help however they could. I had some tile replaced in my basement in front of my fireplace and it came out looking amazing. They also did some demo to remove old paneling and put up new plasterboard and did a texture plaster job on the walls. It came out looking absolutely incredible! Also as part of the project I needed to have low dust and not a lot of mess since I have some pets and a young child. They accommodated in spades and did a really good job. 10 of 10 will hire again."

"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

"I have a 25 x 30 garage with a flat cement roof on it. I called Wayne Martin and told him I wanted to build a free standing pavilion on top of the roof. I showed him some plans I had and he offered some changes and improvements. I agreed and he ordered the materials. Once the materials arrived Wayne and his crew were on the job. These men know their trade and their work shows it. Wayne always has a smile and doesn't mind explaining what he is doing. I am going to install the ceiling my self and Wayne has always answered any technical questions I have. I decided on a metal roof for the pavilion.
