Andy was the main contact and performer and he believes in quality. He set expectations where they need set, and he did the job where it needed done. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that I wish he performed even more services I needed, because he was so reliable with the work in his scope of performance. Cost was very fair. "These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff.
