I was happily surprised when they called me right back. They were immediately responsive and sent a licensed technician that diagnosed and treated the flea problems promptly. They really worked with me on a custom treatment and estimate. It was a very courteous and professional interaction and they really put my mind at ease. It only took a short period of time for the treatment and I have signed up for a quarterly plan to avoid this happening again. They provided a detailed report of the services rendered and recommendations to help keep my home free of pests.
