"I had windows installed almost 2 years ago from M&S and they did a wonderful job. I had a bit of a problem last week but it was solved by being talked through it on the phone,but they still chose to come and check out the window and make sure it was all right. Wonderful service would recommend them to anyone needing windows."

The only possible disappointment may not surface at all, but the plugs used to seal the 2â holes were only pressed into the holes by hand. I am concerned they may fall out in time.
