There is a significant difference between what was represented during the selection process and what was actually installed. When investing in new flooring, you expect the product you carefully select to be the product that ends up in your home. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Although we are satisfied with the quality of the installation itself, we are disappointed with the misrepresentation of the flooring's actual color. Ultimately, good workmanship is important, but so is delivering the product the customer was shown, selected, and paid for. Had we known what the actual color would look like once installed, we would have made a different selection."
