Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Above average attention to details. Kept work area clean as possible, attentive to keeping adjacent yard area damage to a minimum.

They did not properly grade the patio so that water would run away from the garage wall and door. As a result, I am getting water right in front of the door and towards the garage. When requested to come out and repair, they were non responsive.

"The entire concrete pad has a sufficient grade away from the house. There is a small area near the garage door that was not properly graded due to difficulty in reach. The puddling that occurs after rain is very small and cannot cause any damage, even in a downpour. Minor puddling is normal for a large concrete pad that does not have a steep slope but only a slight grade. We have been in contact with Ron the entire time and even went to the job site to discuss the issues he was having, but we were never given the chance to come back and repair the concrete patio."

They are very flexible with timings and payments. Very neat craftsmanship. Very handy with plumbing, electrical, replacing windows and doors, paint work carpeting etc. I have used them in 3 different projects. Highly recommend to anyone.

I am so happy with my new sidewalks! GRD was a pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They were hard-working and professional. I had my entire front sidewalk and curb replaced, walkways and front door steps/pad. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend and I would definitely use them again for future projects!

My husband and I are so very pleased with the work done by the guys. Super nice people and very professional. They arrived when they said they would for our 3 days worth of projects. Replaced several interior doors, painted the garage doors and the front door, repaired dry wall in several locations and installed trim in several rooms. True craftsmen and always with a smile. We are spreading the word on the high integrity and quality workmanship of this crew.

Due to weather changes and availability to do the job properly, these folks continued to follow up and explain their concerns, reschedule dates, etc. They even came to the property to evaluate the dryness of the deck to be certain that the job could be done when promised. When the weather allowed, and the deck work was done, it was done with care and detail. I couldn't be happier with these folks. They were courteous and considerate. A-1!

GRD Pro Contractors did a great job for a fair price. They installed and finished over 20,000 sf of drywall for us. Always showed up on time and stayed on schedule. We will definitely be hiring them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at fair prices.

Outstanding! GRD, hands down, was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with! They are a family business, and are polite, professional, respectful, efficient, and capable.
