Had three new roofs installed, home and two detached garages. All work was completed in one day. They kept me updated as the day went on and cleaned up afterwards. I was totally impressed with the workmanship and the end result. I would choose them again and recommend them to anyone. Robert's quote included a veteran discount and was more than fair.

WE HAD OUR ROOF REPLACED NEW GUTTERS AND GUTTER GUARDS PUT IN. ROBERT WAS EXCELLENT IN WORKING WITH OUR TIME FRAME. EVEN BEYOND EXCELLENT HIS ACCOMMODATING OUR TIME FRAME AND MONEY CRUNCH WAS AMAZING IT WAS TRUELY A GAME CHANGER. HE WAS ALWAYS ONLY A PHONE CALL AWAY THE WORKERS DID AN AMAZING JOB SO MUCH SO THAT MY NEIGHBOR CALLED TO TELL ME HE WATCHED THEM PRETTY MUCH ALL DAY AND COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW TIRELESSLY THEY WORKED (HE IS A CONTRACTOR HIMSELF SO THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE) THIS MAY NOT BE YOUR CHEAPEST COMPANY BUT IT IS THE BEST THE PEOPLE THE KINDNESS THE WORK ETHIC WERE ALL EXCEPTIONAL I WOULD NEVER LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY THEY ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST

My roof replacement was done in a timely manner. I was kept updated every step of the way including pictures of the ongoing installation. Everything was cleaned up professionally after the roof installation. I would recommend Elite Custom Roofing to all my family and friends. Job well done!!

Great communication from estimate to finished job. When it came to the installation of the gutter, the two colors that were bought for the job did not match and they came back the following day with an almost perfect match. I believe other contractors would have just installed one of the two that were close and not have taken the extra time and expense to do it right.

Yes, they are a roofing company, but they also do general contracting. They remodeled our 1967 bathroom, which had original everything! They were creative with us, took notes as we discussed ideas, sent an email with immediate rehash of our ideas, sent a prompt quote, and daily emails to explain accomplishments and next steps. We also received price changes as needed on paper, so there were no surprises at the end. Those are qualities that go beyond the typical contractor! That's in addition to the beautiful workmanship! Their attention to detail, high quality of work, and desire for excellence made us feel confident in their skills, decision, and work. That's in addition to the beautiful workmanship!

I purchased my new home just three months ago. I was initially apprehensive about my new roof installation, but it ultimately turned out to be among the most stress-free of multiple projects I have contracted for my home. Robert Culley was prompt and thorough about providing information and answering all my questions in the weeks leading up to the project. We penciled in a date several weeks in advance and he stuck to that. The crew arrived on time and was finished early -- even though some plywood had to be replaced in addition to the expected shingles. Robert was on site to make sure nothing went wrong and even notified me when it was safe to take my dogs outside during the crews break time. The roof looks great, and my property was thoroughly cleaned after they were done. Elite Custom Roofing may charge a little more than some of its competitors, but it is well worth it for their attention to customer satisfaction!
