"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.
I will contact Geek Choice again.

"I was having problems with the installation of a Rind camera door bell. I talked to ring and the recommended Hello Tech to help me finsh the installation. They contacted me and came to the house the very next day . The technician was extremely helpfull and installed a jump wire so my exixting door bell wound be compatable with the Ring system"

"My TV (not even 2 years old) stopped working (the power wouldn't turn on). Mike answered the phone right away on a Saturday, and came to my home to pick it up to look at in his shop. Very convenient! The job took longer than we thought, and was more expensive than I was originally quoted, but it was a pretty complicated problem. I wasn't happy about the higher bill but Mike explained the problem very well. As soon as it was fixed (about 5 days later) he returned it to my home and set it back up even though it was after typical business hours. Very nice to work with-I would definitely hire again."
