We repair our t.v.'s the old fashion way.We dont just replace circuit boards that in most cases is too costly.We find whats wrong with the tv by finding what component is bad and only replacing the individual part not the whole assembly.This helps keep our cost down.We also source our own parts overseas when possible, another way to pass along the savings to the customer.

Friendly and convenient service. Mike picked up the TV, replaced some parts and returned the TV functioning like it did when purchased. It's good to know that expensive flat screen TVs cane be repaired. Thanks!

We have a 51 inch hdtv and it suddenly stopped working. Called Brasher's and a technician came out the next afternoon. He looked at the tv, pointed out the burnt circuit board, gave an explanation of what happened and an estimate on the spot. Took a small deposit and left. It took a little longer than anticipated to get the replacement part but Michael kept us informed as to when we could expect him. A little over a week later he returned and helped me set the television back up and made sure all the accessories (cable, dvd player, games etc.) were functioning with it before we settled up our bill. 
Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend their service. This was way easier and more affordable than buying a new television. While I hope I don't have any problems with either of our televisions in the near future, if I do I will certainly call on them again.

Television went black on 7/2. Contacted them same day and heard back from them right away. Made arrangements to pick the TV up. They were on time and quick. Asked for it back on a certain day which they accomodated. Very nice people.

The connection to the television where you screw the antenna had broken off and they actually came and picked up the television, fixed the television and brought it back four days earlier than they had promised. The work turned out fantastic, it works. The interaction with them was very nice. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My TV (not even 2 years old) stopped working (the power wouldn't turn on). Mike answered the phone right away on a Saturday, and came to my home to pick it up to look at in his shop. Very convenient! The job took longer than we thought, and was more expensive than I was originally quoted, but it was a pretty complicated problem. I wasn't happy about the higher bill but Mike explained the problem very well. As soon as it was fixed (about 5 days later) he returned it to my home and set it back up even though it was after typical business hours. Very nice to work with-I would definitely hire again.

The repairmen explained to me in detail what had been damaged in the set and how they had tried to fix it in a less costly way. However, the damage was too extensive and they had to replace a module and 2 ribbon cables.  All of the work was completed in about 2 weeks.  Parts had to be obtained from the manufacturer in California and shipped to Pennsylvania.

He did a good job but his communication with clients needs a little work. He said he would call on a certain day and didn't. This happened more than once. Seemed to have a lot of excuses for not calling. Although considering this is a one man (maybe 2) operation I could understand getting bogged down. His price is very reasonable and he comes to the house which is a great plus. My TV was out of service for about 2 weeks.

THEY PICKED UP MY EQUIPMENT ON FEB 17TH, 2005, AND I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM FOR TWO WEEKS. SO I CALLED THEM IN MARCH AND THEY TOLD ME THAT PARTS WERE ON BACKORDER, AND THEY GAVE NO COMPLETION DATE. ANOTHER WEEK LATER, I CALLED AND WAS GIVEN A REPAIR ESTIMATE OF $185, I GAVE THE "OK" FOR REPAIRS. ANOTHER WEEK LATER I CALLED, AND WAS GIVEN THE SAME "PARTS ARE ON BACKORDER" EXCUSE. ANOTHER WEEK WENT BY AND I CALLED AGAIN, THIS TIME THEY SAID NO PARTS WERE ON BACK ORDER AND THEY KIND OF PLEADED IGNORANCE ON THE WHOLE THING, SO I ASKED TO HAVE THE UNIT RETURNED. I WAS TOLD BY JIMMY THAT HE WOULD PUT THE UNIT BACK TOGETHER AND RETURN IN ON MARCH 25TH, THE FOLLOWING DAY. IT WAS NOT RETURNED. AFTER MANY PROMISES TO RETURN THE ITEM AND MANY CALLS, IT WAS STILL NOT RETURNED BY APRIL 18TH. I KEPT GETTING THE RUNAROUND FROM THEM AND FINALLY THEY RETURNED THE ITEM ON APRIL 19TH.
