"Great work and highly knowledgeable. I am very happy with the work that Tyler and his coworkers did to restore our front lawn after we had trees removed. It was a large job that required removing existing soil and tree roots before laying down fresh sod. Total area worked on was 45 x 17 and they were able to complete it in one day. "I was very impressed with Fabiano Construction and the pro who did the work at my home. They replaced my stairs and handrail! The pro was so friendly and genuinely cared about the job he was doing. He was very professional and his work was impeccable! He was neat and cleaned up along the way. He answered all our questions and never acted like we were disturbing him. "Chris and his workers are great people. They did a great job. They had to work around all the rain and Nor' Easters but did that with no problems for us and did the job as soon as they could. Chris provided and explained various options for the back yard patio deck and back step and we went with all his recommendations and are happy we did. We wanted to seed the old patio area to grass so he did that as well by bringing in a truckload of soil and seeded it as well. This really made our lives easier as we didn't have to find and hire someone to do that part of the project for us. We can't say enough good things about Masonry Inc. Not that many companies will go the extra mile and do the little extras--like they do. Chris took down our permanent basketball hoop, (even though it wasn't on the concrete pad they were ripping up) and that wasn't part of the quoted price. The sidewalk ended up not being quite level with the asphalt driveway so a number of days later after they finished their work, Chris dropped by and filled in the space with new asphalt. How many people would do that? When he came and gave us an estimate, my hubby was away and I was putting on windshield wipers on my car. As he was leaving, he stopped and said "here, these can be tricky" and put them on for me. Who helps people out like that these days? Also, Chris came in under his original quote--definitely a plus in our books. We would hire Masonry Inc again in a heart beat as we are very pleased with their work and the outcome of the projects. We have had lots of work done through Angie's List but this is the first review I have written--they are that good."

"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
