"This is a follow up review. It is not very often that a small business owner takes customer satisfaction as seriously as Drew and Jessica. When we had some issues with the older less reliable lighting programing software, Drew upgraded us at the cost of the new hardware and did not charge us a cent for the labor involved. The new Lutron system has been exceptional and it is helping us both, Envision and my budget, save money since it is rock solid. "Went to the showroom and decided on what i wanted. Lorraine came out and showed me so much more that I changed my mind. She was so helpful and I was only doing two small bedroom windows. Will be back in the future for sure. The install came in two weeks early and the two gentlemen were so nice and professional wearing covers on their shoes and leaving both rooms clean."
