"We contacted Rich, who we have never met, to do a wall mount installation of our new 77" TV that our son bought me for Father's Day (Awesome son, eh?!). He was open to coming up in a week when we needed him. Rich showed up on time & did an absolutely outstanding job. He really knows what he's doing. He cleaned up everything & left us with the most beautiful mount that I have ever seen. He then returned the next day to assemble a TV console stand & helped us set it up with all of the components. He went above & beyond in working us into his schedule. You don't find this type of courtesy nowadays & it was refreshing to come across Rich who takes absolute pride in his work for which he charges very reasonable prices! "Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. "While they got the job done eventually and their customer services and techs were sweet, the company needs to be MUCH more crystal clear and upfront about a few things before they eagerly take payment. 1. This is not a company for novice clients as they only do work remotely and expect you to have all hardware properly installed before hand. So perhaps they should only sign up for software issues with clients like me who are hardware dummies. I had to struggle on my own for hours buying and trying to figure out where to plug items (again I am basically an old lady technophobe as they say). 2. They also don't make it clear that you are not scheduling an appt in the traditional sense but rather scheduling a position in a phone queue at say a time like 7 pm eastern. So you end up sitting by the phone at 7 pm for 45 minutes waiting for them to call (since apparently you are 10th in the queue). All this is fine, but it should be the first few things you bring up when someone works with you esp for 137 an hour as there are other local companies one can work with if they seek non remote service. In short, your people are great and sweet, but the upfront disclosure is lacking."
