Tom was thoroughly responsive to those requests for information from the lender and did so in a timely manner. During the roof installation, Tom stayed in contact with me by phone to provide daily progress updates and scope of work updates. Since I live out of town, the communication provided during this entire process was absolutely necessary for me to get this done. I needed a contractor who I could communicate with and trust that things were getting done the way we agreed to and thankfully that company is Tops Roofing and Remodel. We also appreciated the respect and professionalism of the crew and are happy with the finished product."
