"We contacted Rich, who we have never met, to do a wall mount installation of our new 77" TV that our son bought me for Father's Day (Awesome son, eh?!). He was open to coming up in a week when we needed him. Rich showed up on time & did an absolutely outstanding job. He really knows what he's doing. He cleaned up everything & left us with the most beautiful mount that I have ever seen. He then returned the next day to assemble a TV console stand & helped us set it up with all of the components. He went above & beyond in working us into his schedule. You don't find this type of courtesy nowadays & it was refreshing to come across Rich who takes absolute pride in his work for which he charges very reasonable prices! More than that Rich is the most kind, courteous & reverential soul I have met. This gentleman is one in a million & you will never go wrong hiring him to do any job within his capabilities. They Installed TV on wall above fireplace for us, very quick, professional and reasonably priced especially for the quality and cleanliness of work they performed at my house. "As I required my things moved from Florida to the mid-west, this was not a particularly cheap move.  That said, I think their price was reasonable, and they were able to make my move work with little lead time which was even better.  They did ask at one point to change my dates, when I was not able to do so, they lived up to their word and kept my dates as promised.
An additional plus was that they were able to store my things for a while due to a lag time between leaving my old place and my new living quarters becoming available - very handy!
The only thing I can really think of that has been a minor annoyance, is that they unscrewed my TV from its stand, and upon delivery gave no indication of where the bolts to reassemble them are.  Upon unpacking all I have not found them, and as they are an unusual size/shape they are not easily replaced.
Other than that oddity, the teams at both ends loaded and unloaded quickly, and I would use their services again.

"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
