Everything went well.

The company could have cleaned up better at the site. I got a roofing nail in my tire and had to get it fixed. I looked around the property and found several more roofing nails.

Project estimator arrived on time and did a thorough job explaining the project. The installation team was friendly and worked diligently. Open completion, they had me inspect their work which was done well. The estimated price was the final price - no surprises. I would not hesitate to use Bauer Specialty again.

The gentlemen that came to replace my deck and add a ramp to that were here everyday, on time until the job was completed. They had to tear off the old deck and build the new one from scratch, They were very pleasant and professional. They would ask our opinion on how we wanted things done, such as how to place the handrails for the most comfortable grip. I would hire Bauer again for any of my housing needs,

The gentlemen that installed the spray foam insulation were wonderful to work with. They came on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They had to come twice. The first time to spray in the attic area, they also had to remove old fiberglass insulation, and the 2nd time was they needed to spray under the roof. We were having the roof replaced so it all worked out well. This was done over the summer of 2022 and I can honestly say that we are warm and toasty everywhere in our home this winter

Bauer Specialty is the best! The office called me immediately to set up an appointment for an evaluation and a quote. Jim was on time and very nice to speak with. He answered all my questions and gave us a reasonable quote. We scheduled and the job was completed in good order. I hardly knew the workers were here. We would absolutely recommend Bauer Speciality! As a matter of fact, they just re- insulated our attic this year...another great job!

Kevin was great but not everyone there is as customer friendly as he is.
