"Ray gave us a competitive quote and was very responsive. This wasn’t an emergency, so he gave us a 2-4 week window. However, something came up and he was able to fit us in within a week. He and his crew showed up on time and worked efficiently. The tree was in a tricky location - on a slope between our house and the neighbor’s landscaping.
