Above & Beyond Painting

Terrible was in and out in an hour? Did not clean cold air returns at all!? Came back and claimed everything was done ( Lie) show him with a camera nothing cleaned! He did cold air return over but after two weeks still lots of dust so I guess other duct work skipped over too! Stay away from these scammers!

The crew showed up on time with plenty of manpower. They did the job,but neglected one side of the hall and under the attached desk. All in all the job went well except they were in a hurry it appeared. The first 2 days the company owner was there, but the third day he wasn't. The two men that came to finish the job said that they were ordered not to do the trim and baseboards. So after calling the boss, they did do it , but said they needed to get to the next job. I told them that they needed to concentrate on the job at hand first. I paid them cash. The next day after the wall paint had dried, it was very noticeable that they did at very sloppy job in the hall. The old color was showing through the new. It should have received 2 coats of paint, not just 1. I had to finish the job myself which is difficult because I'm handicapped.

We are a General Contractor who was introduced to A & B Painting approx. 4 yrs. ago. Phil offered a very competitive rate at the time in comparrison to other painters, and has continued to do so since. In the time we have been a General Contractor it is not uncommon to see a company who comes in with good price and quality, who after a few projects get "comfortable" and then begin to sacrifice these things just to get paid. Phil and his crew have been reliable, accountable, cost concious, and professional, all while maintaining quality each time he has completed a job for our company. Being in business is not always easy at times, and it can become difficult to juggle scheduling. Phil has always showed up when he said he would, and been on board when it has come to "IT HAS TO BE DONE" mentality involving job completion deadlines. Phil's company and ours have formed what I consider to be a outstanding working relationship, and I would recomend his company to anyone as the best in their field.

I could not have asked for a more professional job. I have referred him to friends and have had him back to do the exterior of my home and rental property that we own. My husband and I would not even consider any other painting company to do any painting job for us.

I purchased a rental property in June 2013 and I had 3 painting companies come to bid on an entire exterior and interior paint job for the house.  I met with Phil (President) and he reviewed the entire house with me and gave his suggestions on how to most cost effectively paint the property considering it was a rental.  Phil ended up giving the most reasonable bid and did a tremendous job with the entire project.  The Company completed everything according to the timeline we agreed upon.  The only negative I have to say is after I paid the Company in full, they were supposed to come back and touch up a piece of siding that same day.  Ultimately, they finally finished the touch up work about 3 weeks later, which was a little frustrating.  This all said, it was probably my fault for paying a contractor in full before the job was 100% complete.
I would definitely recommend using Above and Beyond for any interior and exterior painting needs.

I was happy with the job they did even though they did not do the work for me but for the previous owner. I would rate them overall an A and would hire them to do work in the future if needed.

Went very well. Phil even went extra mile and replaced a rotted board.
