"I gave an A rating, despite some bumps on the scheduling. The A rating was earned by Danny and the work he did to get the various new light fixtures installed, both inside and outside. We have more fixtures to be installed, and we will have Danny back to finish the job."

"The overall experience with AJWDS was excellent with pricing, service, and installation. Would not hesitate to use their services again. The installation crew was efficient and completed the project much quicker that I anticipated knowing the pending weather constraints."

As one of the most used rooms in your house, it’s important to remember that a bathroom’s design can significantly contribute to the resell value of a home. When renovating a bathroom, you should keep in mind the needs of your family as well as those of future buyers. For instance, while you may not feel the need to include a tub, some homeowners do see this as a necessity. So, it’s still wise to install at least one in the house. Here are some of the options we can customize for your new bathroom: Showers and Tubs: Walk-in showers and Jacuzzi tubs are a popular choice for master bathrooms. You can also install a tub/shower combo to make the most out of the space. Flooring: A beautiful floor can really set off your bathroom’s style. Booher provides flooring materials that are trendy and durable, including wood, ceramic, marble, granite, laminate, stone, cork, bamboo, cherry, oak, pine, vinyl, and carpet. Vanities and Cabinets: When choosing a vanity, consider the details and finish to bring about the right look in your bathroom. At Booher, we install wood vanities of all kinds including birch, cherry, maple, oak, and hickory, as well as different styles — raised panels, arched panels, and flat panels. Storage capacity is also important, so we can custom build a vanity that will fit your space. We even create tailored mirrors to complete the look you’re after.Family owned & operated residential remodeling services.

Chandelier Installation questions, answered by experts

Incandescent lights are glass bulbs with metallic filaments inside, while LEDs feature “light emitting diodes” that illuminate when they come in contact with an electrical current. You can buy either for your Christmas lights, but note that LED lights are more energy-efficient and have a longer lifespan.

Pool light replacements are often more expensive compared to other pool parts, like pump motors, or standard light bulbs for indoor use. The reason for the higher cost is that pool lights are specially designed and made with parts meant to keep swimmers safe. The light fixture and surrounding parts protecting the bulb must be waterproof, tightly sealed, and resistant to extreme temperatures.

It’s usually safe to use old lamps, but you should check the components first for signs of damage, including fraying wires, damaged wire insulation, and loose wire connections.

If you're unsure of a lamp’s age or have an antique lamp, it’s a good idea to have a lamp repair technician rewire it. This investment will ensure the electrical components are safe to use, reducing the risk of an electrical emergency.

Depending on your preference, a 100W bulb could be too bright for a bedroom. Most people prefer softer, relaxing bedroom lighting using a lower wattage bulb, around 40W to 60W for incandescent or the equivalent in LED (around 450 to 800 lumens). For adjustable brightness, consider using dimmable bulbs or layered lighting with bedside lamps and overhead lights to create a comfortable and versatile lighting environment.

Combining different shapes with your chandelier and table can be a stylish way to add depth to your dining room. Whether you’re using a round chandelier over a rectangular table or a square chandelier over a round table, the general sizing principle is the same: Measure the narrowest point of the table and the widest point of the chandelier so you don’t end up with a fixture that overwhelms the space.
