Chris responded very quickly after reaching out through Angi. He quoted a cost estimate based on what we said needed done. After finding the job to be a bit more complicated, his actual bill came in only $40. more despite the extra time needed. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

Great work, the only issue is with the $90 appearance fee. I don't mind them charging from the time they leave until they get here, but not a set $90 fee for just showing up.

Excellent. We will put SOS on speed dial. They were prompt, fair, reliable and did a great job. They installed 2 outlets for wall mounted TV's. Also installed a Ring doorbell and changed the transformer. Really can't say enough about this business. If you get a chance. Hire them, you won't be sorry.

I was desperate to get the twerk noise from expired smoke and fire alarms shut down. These started to be faulty and required full replacement, plus two were wired into the electric while five were just battery. Each one harmoniously would destroy the peace. This happened on a Friday night after hours. I tried several businesses but no appointments until Monday or some other week day. So I searched, Chris of SOS Electric came to the rescue! He could come tomorrow early. Yes, he came on his day off AND in a snow storm, too! Imagine the happiness I had when he cheerfully listened to me and then set to work. He diagnosed the trouble and offered the choices for repair, and he gave the cost estimate. I decided to replace it, so he set out to do the job. He even saved me money by getting the CO2 and smoke alarm combo rather than single alarms. Now, I have better safety with both types of coverage in other vulnerable areas. While talking to him, he was professional, kind, responsive, and learned some home tips. I discovered no job is too small too. He actually repaired my doorbell that I needed to fix. We discussed other electrical repairs I need done in the near future that most definitely I trust SOS to do. You definitely impressed this old lady when you even repaired the old screw holes left in the ceiling and walls. I feel confident in Chris of SOS! I will rest well tonight. I highly recommend SOS Electrical. They have great customer service, Chris was very good with contacting me immediately and setting up a quote and job date. The technician arrived and replaced my light fixture for a great price and the project took less than an hour. I have nothing but great things to say about them. These guys are professional, and very nice guys all around. Will hire again in the future.

The team from SOS Electrical installed nine ultra-slim ceiling lights and a chandelier in our home in Mt Gretna. Chris & Evan did a fantastic job. They were timely, responsive and professional from first contact, to the initial visit for the quote, through the whole installation process. They took care to minimize drilling in the ceiling and helped plan out the light spacing. The lights in our home look fantastic! Moreover, they are reasonably priced - the final cost actually came in slightly less than their original estimate and that was great too. I would definitely use them again for future electrical projects. Highly recommend!
