"Thank you for your feedback! :)"
"Hello, we are sorry you had this experience. Our original estimation was low with this job, as it was of a larger scale than our usual. Though the hours it took to get done went beyond our estimation, we discounted you many hours of labor cost to make up for the unexpected hours. We do think that 32-34 recessed lights installed for the eventually-negotiated $1100 is a good deal, and we do believe that it would be hard to find another company to do it cheaper than that. We have learned from this experience and quote many hours extra to jobs of your scale, in hopes of pricing for unexpected events. We wish you the best in your renovations."
