"My parents have an in-ground pool and over the years new homes were built behind their house. The new houses changed how the rain runoff comes through their backyard. It actually caused mud to pour into the pool TWICE and costs $3000 each time to empty,clean,and refill the pool. I called multiple landscape/drainage pros for estimates and either they quoted a ridiculously high price or never called back. I found Tom on Angi and he came and looked right away. His quote was very reasonable and he didn’t seem too worried about it. He and his team showed up when they said they would and knocked the project out in 2 days! ( I work construction and thought it would be at least double the time.) They excavated the dirt around the edge of the pool and added a deep layer of river rock plus created a vertical paver wall to ensure the water wouldn’t get in the pool. They also used the removed dirt to create a berm in the backyard to further redirect water. They covered the berm in wildflower seed and straw. Overall, everybody is ecstatic with how they fixed our problem. 100% professional quality. His guys worked non stop and they cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend using Tom and his team."

After removal of the deck it was discovered that there was electrical work that needed to be rerun to our pool pump house and a Jacuzzi we were replacing. This they had no problem incorporating into the job without batting an eye. Communication was good. And from the plan, to scheduling, to actually accomplishing the task, considering the bad weather we were having, everything was done professionally, and on time in spite of whatever obstacles were thrown in the way. The crew was professional and courteous, and went out of their way to protect all that was necessary around what they were doing. They went out of their way to meticulously clean up the job and ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction before calling it done. All was done in a timely manner in spite of the atrocious weather they had to work around and through in getting it finished. We operate with a single crew that focuses on one project at a time. Estimates are free. Detailed landscape drawings have a design fee. Fee amount is dependent upon the size/scope of your project. Design fee will be credited toward project cost upon customer commitment. We request a deposit of 35% prior to job start. Balance is due upon project completion. Subcontracting is rare. The owner, foreman and designer all have undergraduate degrees in the study of trees and/or landscape design & construction.
