+ 2 moreOur salesperson, Tim Landers, at the Greensburg Molyneaux was very pleasant and helpful when we visited the showroom. He came to our house the following day with samples and to take measurements. We were able to negotiate a very good price to have the entire first floor of the house done in hardwood flooring. The material arrived on time, as did the six man team to do the install. In three days the old carpet from three rooms, the tile in the foyer, and the vinyl in the kitchen were removed and all the new flooring was installed. The installation crew was very professional and cleaned up very day, When they left on the third day there was nothing for us to do but put back our small items.
Description of Work: Installed hardwood flooring on the whole first floor of the house.

+ 0 moreWe recently had our house carpeted by the Greensburg Molyneaux. Our salesperson, Dave Rosky, was very helpful and straightforward. We had several estimates done and were very put off by the "sales" some of the other companies were offering. The installation went perfectly. The installers Molyneaux sent were a 2 man team, brothers actually. They were punctual, clean, quick, and efficient. They didn't even break for lunch. We took everything off of the furniture but they did all of the movivng themselves. They did 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and a hall in just a few hours. We are very happy with the quality of the carpet and the installation.

He was very professional and made me feel that he was not going to try and sell me something I did not want. He walked me through the process and was very satisfied. The installers were professional, courteous, on time and they even swept the carpet after being laid (that was a first). Very satisfied with the installation, and very satisfied with Molyneau. Would definitely use them again
Description of Work: The provider help me select a carpet that would be the best selection for my needs. Did not try to sell the most expensive carpet they had.

+ 1 moreInstallers showed up on time - too much on time. There was some mixup initially with scheduling and the tile installer and carpet installers showed up at the same time. Installers worked that out amongst themselves and the carpet and flooring was completed as promised. Even though the price is higher than some other places, we can definitely tell the difference with the quality of the carpet compared to what we have currently in the bedrooms. Also, the installers did a great job - moved the larger furniture for us, installed the carpet, cleaned up and replaced everything. We also had one extra box of tile, which was un-opened. Molyneaux took that back and re-imbursed us.
Description of Work: Installed new carpeting and padding in the living room, dining room and hallway and tile floor (small area by front door)

+ -1 moreThe installers arrived promptly at our appt. time and were very professional and friendly. Mike and John did a great job, from carefully moving my furniture to the installation itself. It ended up being an excellent experience all around. Now, after almost two years, my carpeting looks great. Just as good as the day it was installed!
Description of Work: Our salesperson, Tim, came to our home (after I canceled 2 appts.) on time with some very appropriate samples for rooms that I had told him I was interested in recarpeting.(living, dining and family rooms). He made some very knowledgeable recommendations for what I was looking for and the type of traffic my floors received. We chose the carpet we wanted and Tim gave us some samples to keep to look at in different lighting situations. I chose a color and he ordered it, then in mid stream, I changed my color choice and he was nice enough to not charge a restocking fee! He was very courteous and professional.

+ 1 moreOverall, project went very well. Removal of ceramic tile was not nearly as bad as we anticipated. Very pleased with quality of luxury vinyl tile we selected. People can not tell that it is vinyl and not ceramic. Salesman was very helpful. Only kink in the project was that the area was mismeasured twice and they had to order additional material and come back. Molyneaux was very accommodating and addressed the issue satisfactorily.
Description of Work: Removed ceramic tile floor, installed vinyl tile floor. Reinstalled baseboards.

They were prompt, professional and efficient. They did a great job. No seams showing. no discrepancies anywhere. These folks will do the rest of the house in the spring. A+ job for Molyneaux.

Salesman was knowledgeable and personable, assisting us in showroom with choice of carpet based on info. provided. Came to house the following day with additional samples. Measured areas and gave estimate - 1/2 due immediately, 1/2 upon installation. Price included removal and disposal of old carpet and padding, moving couch, recliner and 3 bookcases. Offered to have installers return 15 cases of books upon completion (declined but appreciated)! Carpet installed approximately 3 wks. later. Installers were THE BEST - father and sons team from the neighborhood. Pleasant, efficient, considerate and competent. Job completed as scheduled and in less time than anticipated. Vacuumed new carpet upon completion. Offered to help move ALL furniture back (declined). Intend to use this company again.
Description of Work: Removed and disposed of padding and carpet in 2 rooms, hallway and staircase, after moving heavy furniture. Installed 8# padding and stain master carpet in all areas.

When they provided services for me back in 2011, they were wonderful and they did very detailed work. They took their time but did not waste time.

We agreed on a date for the carpet installation and the crew arrived on time and finished the job in less than one day. There was no mess and no fuss.

+ 0 moreThe crew arrived on time, were very courteous and careful with my furnishings, and completed the job quickly. I am very happy with my new carpeting and would definitely use Molyneaux again - in fact, they carpeted a home where I lived previously, which is how I knew they were so good.
Description of Work: The Molyneaux installers (Lloyd and his crew) removed my old carpet (which was very dusty because of remodeling work I had recently had done), disposed of the old carpet and padding, and swept the floor. They installed new padding and carpeting, gluing the padding down on the edges because there was a concrete floor underneath and they couldn't staple. They carpeted my 19' x 14' living room, 12' long hallway and two good sized bedrooms. The total job, from start to finish took three hours, much less time than I expected.

Also we weren’t ready for it until the rooms were painted and the different changes made before they had the carpet installed and they were very accommodating with that also so I would use them again in the future.

+ 0 moreIn April 2012 Molyneaux installed hardwood in 3 rooms; it was a large job. They were very prompt in getting here and they also arrived with a large crew. They worked hard the entire time they were here. We didn't have to move the furniture, they were very careful moving everything. The job was finished in 2 days, a competitor with 2 installers said it would take 2 weeks. I would definitely use Molyneaux again.

Simply a beautiful floor and excellent installation. The installers were very positive and fun! This time I am having 2 bedrooms carpeted. The sales rep was on time, even during the storms we were having and he called before he came over. Molyneaux knows and understands what good customer service is and I truly appreciate that!

Description of Work: Dominique from Molyneaux returned to my on to sign a contract for carpet installation very punctionally!! This is a plus and appreciated as well as the professional and wonderful customer services she provides. I am very impressed with Dominque. Upon signing I was still unsure of the color carpet wanted for 1 particular room. Dominique ordered 4 large color/carpet samples straight from the manufacturer. When they came in I was still unsure of the colors, so she ordered me another 4 colors of the carpet from the mfg and had them directly shipped to my home. What makes me happy is that Dominque is not rushing me, she wants me to be happy with my selection!! Besides providing excellent service she has provided me with appreciated patience. I don't think I would ever go anywhere else for my flooring needs!! You get what you pay for, and for me, besides wanting top quality products, i am willing to pay a little more to receive top quality service!! :) That is what you get at Molyneaux!! Lisa
