Excellent. We cannot say enough about Paracca and the entire process. From Sherry who helped us pick out our flooring to Dan, Jeff and Jamie who installed our LVT and Doug and Tom who installed the carpet. Completely professional all the way through. Prompt arrival of the installers and they were polite and courteous. We were actually very pleased with the pricing as well. Are they the cheapest, no. But who wants "cheap" when it comes to flooring. You want fair pricing and excellent quality and installation. That is exactly what we got! We are super happy with Paracca!!!

They requested half down which was fair. Called me and schedule a time to remove the flooring and install the flooring took about a day and a half they showed up on time they were neat and cleaned up after themselves. When they had a question they called and gave me their opinion and turned out they were correct. In their quote they gave me the option of removing the ceramic floor I chose to use their services.

We wanted to have new ceramic tile installed in our bathroon. The old tile needed to be removed and there was some water damage on the subfloor that needed to be repaired.
The gentleman whe did the work was very professional, cleaned up after himself and did a great job! The new floor looks great!

Excellent, professional installers who showed up on time and were neat about their work. How they moved through the house and planned the install of each component of the job was well planned and thought out. They were personable and communicated to me the steps of the job. They answered my questions and were forthcoming with the next steps of the project.
My sales consultant, Mary Elizabeth, was a true pleasure to work with. She has an innate design ability and helped me pick out great choices for my home. She was also a great listener who paid attention to how my family lives with the products I was purchasing. I am looking forward to working with her again for carpeting in the bedrooms and basement.
My only, minor, disappointment was in the overall timing and scheduling of the job. I was trying to get the project finished before my college student came home and while my husband was away on business. I understand that products sometimes get backordered but I was told three weeks when I paid the downpayment and it ended up being seven. When we finally scheduled, Dennis, Paracca's scheduling manager, told me the entire job would be done in four days. On the third day of the job, he explained that the carpet installers (subcontractors) would not be able to install until the following Tuesday - five days later. After a very unpleasant conversation, he reworked his installers schedule and the carpet was installed as planned. However, I did not enjoy having to end the project as such.
I will return to Paracca for the rest of my project and look forward working with them again.

We ordered the material January 2011. The floors were not installed until March at our request. They scheduled the installation for March and completed the job in two days. The installers were very professional and were very neat. In fact they took the time to place felt pads under all our bedroom furniture.

The work went very well. It took over a month to obtain the tile we special ordered. However once the tile arrived and we scheduled to have it installed, the installer came at the appointed time and was very professional over the three days it took to complete the job. Nick was terrific. We were also impressed with the personal attention we received in the showroom as we picked the tile and pattern.

THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY GAVE US HELPFUL HINTS IN SELECTING OUR NEW FLOOR.
