"I am very happy with my completed projects. Robert Horne Contracting provided excellent service and great communication. He kept me informed of all progress and ensured he did exactly what I wanted. Any issues found after the removing of old stuff suggestions were presented and immediately resolved. The porch was a complete remodel and turned out wow!!!! Even better than I envisioned!!! Bob kept me informed of all his comings and goings which was a nice touch, to know daily what to expect. I was very happy with his work and his customer service. Communication with his office was also a breeze and another good experience"

"As I know reviews are an important part of my decision making, I based my assessment on a few key areas: 1. Quoting Process: Martin Hartel and the Hartel Construction Group was the 4th group we had in to review our job. He provided excellent insight on the construction process, offered suggestions on how we could accomplish our goals for the basement, and was open/flexible to our input. Although I knew after our first meeting, he was likely to be our choice (even prior to the quote), he met with us (3) times to ensure we were all on the same page. When it came to the quoting process, the details were clear, the pricing was fair, and the drawing he provided helped us easily visualize our project. 2. Construction Process: To start, the Hartel Construction Group was very punctual... every day. They were efficient, conscious of being in our home, and worked hard. Unlike a new build, where it is sometimes tough to see the day to day progress or more importantly, the attention to detail, with a basement project you have that opportunity. Needless to say, their attention to detail is best in class. Whether it was how the electric was run, the placement of mechanicals, the finishing work, or their organized work area, it was great to see this level commitment to our project. 3. Communication: Martin did a nice job of providing updates on the progress made and the next steps. He was always open to feedback and took the time to explain various aspects of the job. Knowing that change-orders are inevitable, Martin helped provide timelines to ensure decisions were made to minimize cost and disruptions. Additionally, his communication eliminated both surprises, and more importantly, disappointments. In conclusion, I have nothing but positive feedback for the way Hartel Construction Group handled our basement project. We had a vision for our basement and Martin and his team helped us realize it. They were professional, courteous and simply great to work with from start to finish. We are very happy with how everything worked out. I would, without hesitation, recommend Hartel Construction Group."

"I hired Walter Howard to renovate the master bathroom. He was professional in every respect from the initial estimate to final completion of the job. The job required removal and replacement of shower, toilet, sink, cabinets, and all fixtures; installation on new lighting, ceiling fan, new GFCI, tile floor and trim and new paint. He and his team arrived promptly, did their work in a competent and confident manner and ensured the job site was clean before they left for the day. He completed the job on-time and on budget, and my wife is delighted with the results. I was so pleased with the work he did on this project, that I hired him to do our hall bathroom. If you are looking for an experienced, reliable and high quality contractor, I strongly recommend Walter's Home Improvement. His prices are reasonable and the work is first rate.
