I had requested my fireplace be done, but David explained to me that my gas unit did not require this. I appreciated his honesty and not charging me for something I didn't need, when he easily could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. They were very responsive to my request for an estimate for the work. Their scheduling time was about 4-5 weeks out but we were told that upfront. They texted me the day before the work was to be done as a reminder. Two workers showed up on time and were very professional in their work. They communicated to us throughout the day and even helped us to move a heavy bookcase that was partially blocking a vent. After the work was done, everything was put back and our home was cleaned of the dust that was generated. We received a report about 10 days later and an invoice that was exactly what was quoted. The guys were here for about 6 hours total and we were provided with both before and after photos. We would highly recommend them!

"We've lived in our home for approximately ten years, but the home is over 30 years old. We'd venture a guess that the air ducts have never been cleaned and from the digital photos we were able to see that our guess was correct. Our vents were will with all kinds of yuck. 4 Seasons Air Care staff was professional and educated about their process. I thought there'd be a big mess for me to clean, but they also did a great job cleaning up. Our ducts smell fresh and feel like they are working at full capacity. We'd highly recommend this company.

"It was great, really great from beginning to end. I have a four year old LG mini split system, consisting of a compressor with two wall units. The refrigerant line going to one of the units was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called a handful of highly rated companies to provide estimates for the repair. I received a wide range of responses ranging from outrageous estimates, flat out refusals to repair offering instead to replace, offers to place new line sets but leave the faulty ones in place, and to ridiculous schedules over a month out "because of COVID". Luckily . . . I also called Sila to provide an estimate. They came right away, for a nominal fee they provided a reasonable and well detailed estimate to do the repair within a few days. They called the day before to confirm the appointment, came on time, wore booties and masks, put rags to protect the floor, did an impecable professional job with little fuss, and the system is working really well. I was especially impressed by the lead technician James. He was highly skilled and experienced, explained to me every step, possibly the best HVAC technician i ever met.

"It went very well. They actually did my termite inspection when I bought my house in 2002. I have continued to use them. They come by every six months for a seasonal checkup. When they are done, they usually send you an email or call you; I usually get a call at work. They leave a placard that hangs on the door. They will tell me things, like when to move something away from the side of the house, or trim around an area, or move dirt from the edge because termites like that. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable in my opinion.

I have had services like for instance, the lawn service, who sometimes just come by and maybe sprinkle something on the ground, but these guys actually do the work. One time, many years ago, they didn't do as much, and I had asked if they knew people that did other services, because they didn't provide those services themselves. I usually do have too much, I feel like it's a "set it and let it go" on it's own. They always show up like clockwork. They are very punctual. If they cannot come by, they will call you. They send out an email three days to a week before and let you know the date they are coming by. If they can't come by, for instance, if it is raining heavily and don't feel the spray they put down will set, they will let you know and tell you when they will come by again.

They start out with an introductory that they will show up, and then they follow up with a conclusion statement of putting it on your door, as well as an email or voicemail, stating what they did.
