"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. I showed him some plans I had and he offered some changes and improvements. I agreed and he ordered the materials. Once the materials arrived Wayne and his crew were on the job. These men know their trade and their work shows it. Wayne always has a smile and doesn't mind explaining what he is doing. I am going to install the ceiling my self and Wayne has always answered any technical questions I have. I decided on a metal roof for the pavilion. It looked so nice I had them put one on my house too. I really can't say enough nice things about Wayne and his crew. Hire him you won't be disappointed."
