Home Building
Not one exterior door in this house is hung correctly! It would be very costly to get a new front door because the wall isn't plumb and the opening isn't square. The brick would have to come off. They didn't use the right mortar on the stone fireplace. The mantel was held on my two nails. We ended up redoing it. The stone literally came off with no effort. Then because he didn't add the change list correctly, he wants $600 after we've lived here three months! He read the wrong plans and poured the footer. He left out the bump out which we caught in time. This is a custom home and the builder kept wanting to add builder grade everything? Shoddy work, poor quality. After ten years we've fixed a lot of thing that we're done incorrectly.
