Patience      
      Rob gave each project the time and effort it took to complete it to perfection.  It is obvious that he loves his chosen profession, and that he has had plenty of experience at it.            

Intellect      
      All measurements and estimates showed evidence that Rob knows his math principals inside and out.  

Creativity      
      I appreciate seeing things from different perspectives.  I like choices. No matter what problem he was given, Rob presented several solutions.  We then discussed those options and came to an agreement as to which would be most satisfying to me.  Also valuable were the ?other things? that Rob noticed.  For example, the upper railing of my loft was not anchored to the side wall and needed to be stabilized.  I had no idea it was loose.  Thank goodness Rob repaired it before I landed in the living room!  

Diligence      
      Rob gives the customer steady, earnest and energetic effort.  He is both punctual and reliable.  Many mornings he would show up and say, ?I was thinking, last night, about the best way to deal with the problem of (fill in the blank).?  Occasionally, I would get a phone call in the evening with an idea that he wanted to run by me. I appreciate that he takes his work home with him.  I was living with things that needed to be repaired, and he was living with them as well.  Also, I like the way he kept me appraised of the job in progress.  He asked for feedback all along the way.  

Organization      
      I recognize with gratitude the time and effort Rob gives to organization. I?ve always heard that ?a clean work area is a safe work area.?  At the end of each and every work day, Rob cleaned and arranged the tools and supplies so that they were both out of my way, and ready for him the next morning.  

Communication/Responsiveness      
      Verbal, written, email, telephone.  Take your pick.  If I needed to get in touch with Rob, he was at my service.   He was willing and able to answer all of my questions, and did so in language that made me understand and feel reassured.  

Attention to Details      
      My personal favorite!  No detail escapes Rob?s eye for perfection.  He will give your home the same attention that he gives to his own.  And it will be perfect.  

Documentation      
      You?re gonna love this!  Rob submits his work proposals like a pilot files his flight plans.  Each and every step of a project is listed, along with the start date, estimated hours, projected cost and materials needed.  No surprises.  Ever.  

Ethical      
      Rob is fair and honest.  With competitive prices, five-star workmanship, quality supplies, and extremely friendly service, what more could you ask for?
