"He's meticulous with everything he does. He cleaned and repaired my chimney and put a new cap on. He installed flooring in my kitchen and dining room and installed a new dishwasher, smart range and garbage disposal., and painted the cupboards and walls. He removed moldy insulation and replaced it. He put a new ceiling and light fixtures in my sunroom. He put in 3 new ceiling fans and updated all of my electric outlets to bring everything up to code. He installed my washer and dryer and made a separate laundry room in my basement. He put in all new light fixtures outside and in the hallways both upstairs and downstairs.
