"The Pro was outstanding No materials were necessary. The job took approximately 15 minutes. I am a disabled 73 year old Vet and my wife is 83. Everyone knows that people in our category are on fixed incomes. I was charged 395 for 15 minutes to replace 2 short facia sections. The price is predatory in my estimation. So seniors beware. I agreed to the price because I couldn't find anyone else and the job needed to be done for safety reasons. This is not an excuse to take advantage of the elderly."

He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him. "

Wallpaper costs depend on several factors, such as the type, who's installing it, and how much you need. Usually, peel-and-stick wallpaper costs less than more permanent options. You can paint over existing wallpaper if you select wallpaper that is designed to be paintable. This type of paper is meant to add texture to walls. Even if the walls are in good condition and primed well, that third layer of wallpaper could cause problems with adhesion. Unless you like bubbling paint and peeling wallpaper as an interior design choice, it’s better to remove at least one existing layer before adding any more to a wall.
