He referred us to a plumber who initially responded via text, then completely ghosted us. We had to hire a second plumber who thoroughly inspected the area (including with a camera scope) and confirmed there was no leak. The painting was mostly completed, with the exception of the ceiling area. We were told to reach out once the plumbing was resolved. I notified the contractor on April 8 that we were ready for the patch to be finished, and he replied that his schedule was tight but he would “squeeze us back in.” As of June 8, we’ve heard nothing further. I followed up recently requesting the ceiling paint spec since it was clear we’d need to find someone else.
