That is a $50.- $75. value depending on where you live. "This chair is now as solid as it could ever have been. Roy reworked all of the loose joints, repaired two broken pieces in a manner that even a diligent observer would have a hard time finding and then pinned the joints so that they would not come loose for another 65 years. He does all of the work himself and is extremely knowledgeable on furniture repair. He finished the repair in about 3 months and claimed to have spent less than 4 hours on it. With the work he did, I suspect it was more time but I think that it is his way of providing good value for very good craftsmanship."
